SHIPMENT AND RETURN POLICY
For the shipment of our orders we use PostNL (https://www.postnl.nl/en/). After placing an (stock) order we will ship your order within 2 days and send you a track and trace code.
At SanneRose, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your SanneRose.com purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable. We like to state that the costs for returning the product to SanneRose are for the account of the customer.
If you want to make use of the return policy, the products with all accessories supplied should be returned in original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible) to SanneRose. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@sannerose.com.
GUARANTEE
When you purchase something at SanneRose.com, you can assume that it is a premium quality product. All products are made with great care, but it remains handicraft and it can happen that a defect occurs.
For all products a legal guarantee applies, which means that a product will retain its condition what the customer can reasonably expect from it. We have a guarantee period of 6 months.
As a result of daily use small damage, scratches and color differences may occur. This is not covered by the guarantee. The guarantee that we give relates to defects on stitching and hardware. Wear and tear of leather, broken zippers, damaged inner lining caused by improper use that cannot be blamed on SanneRose are not covered by the guarantee.
SanneRose is not liable for damage to personal property.
